For over 23 years this food co-operative has been leading the way in ethical and sustainable practices and is a shining light for all business in how to run a successful company without harming the earth in the process.
With over 70 staff, who are all directors under the co-operative model, they are empowered to take more ownership in the direction of the company, all having an equal say, as well as equal pay.
