In this episode, I talk all about honesty and the transformational effects it has on our lives.

We’ve all made a ton of mistakes along the way. Life is after all about living and learning. Yet, there’s probably a good few things we’ve done that we’ve regretted and those old memories can be painful to remember.

I delve into how we can face up to some of these challenges and how we'll find freedom on the other side. I may not be an easy process but it sure is worth it to let go of all that old baggage.

I talk candidly about a few of the mistakes I’ve made and the process I’ve gone on to free myself from there burden they were having on me.

It takes strength and courage to admit the truth. And once you get a taste of the freedom of honesty, it’s hard not to want more of it.
