In this episode, I share my thoughts on gift-giving during this time of the year and how the best things in life really aren’t things.

At Christmas, we each spend almost £1000 each on presents, decorations, food, drink and going out. Most people don’t account for this extra spend and end up getting in debt just to get by, loading themselves with extra pressure and stress when this time of year is supposed to be about slowing down.

This excess is clouding the true spirit of Christmas, so in this podcast, I delve deeper into how we can face this festive period from a greater sense of balance and peace and how we can better share our time and money.

From more thoughtful gift-giving ideas to making charitable donations as well as volunteering our time, this episode is full of ideas on how we can get back to what this time of year really means. We’ll feel better for it (and so will our bank balances).
