In this episode, I share my thoughts on the current coronavirus pandemic and how within every crisis there is an opportunity for positive change.

Now I’m not getting away from that fact this is a very challenging time for the planet as we navigate the effects it’s having on our daily lives (especially in the short term at least). Yet can we use this time of slowing down to reflect more deeply on how we are living our lives, individually and collectively, to make more conscious choices in times to come?

And we can begin to ask some bigger questions too, like do the political and financial systems that are in place serve the best interest of the people and the planet as a whole? I discuss all of this as well as how I expect more people to go inward during the time and develop their own mindfulness practises to support their own mental health and wellbeing.
