Today’s episode is with radio & TV presenter George Lamb to hear the inspiring work he’s doing with his organisation GROW, which works in schools and communities to promote mental well-being, physical health and a more hands-on relationship with the natural world.

George shares his own story on leaving behind celebrity culture to chart his own path. He travelled the world in search of this and came across many groups and organisations that are helping to shape a healthy future. Then when he comes across Daniel’s Pinchbeck’s book ‘How Soon Is Now’ on how now is a pivotal time for humanity to change course, George realised it’s time for him to play his own part in this shift.

GROW aims to bring 360° learning to every secondary school in the UK by 2030 and has three core modules: GROW, FLOW and THINK which cover the likes of yoga, breath work, nutrition, food & farming.
