In today’s episode, I welcomed Sion Jones on the show to hear about his fascinating journey towards becoming a yoga and meditation teacher.

Having been living in a state of intense anxiety and distress for years when he was younger, he found great relief through taking yoga classes, helping him feel more grounded and at ease with himself. This began a decade long enquiry into this practice which has taken him all around the world in search of deepening his understanding into this way of life. He now passes on all that he’s learnt to help others transform their own lives through his classes, workshops and retreats.

We talk about a wide range of subjects in this episode, from emotional health, eye-opening documentaries, travelling and exploring the world as well as living in community just to name a few.

This conversation was recorded at the beginning of April a few weeks after everything went into lockdowns so you’ll notice us discussing this side of things.
