Brian Pennie on speaking your truth & holding nothing back

In this episode, I was joined by Brian Pennie, who is an author, speaker, PhD candidate, university lecturer, and life-change strategist who spends his time educating people on psychology and neuroscience.

His life hasn’t always looked this rosy as for 15 years an addiction to heroin shaped his life, so his story of surviving the worst and discovering the magic of the every day makes his story even more incredible.

This wide-ranging interview delves deep into Brian’s story, how he transformed his life and the valuable work he’s doing now to help those who are going through their own challenges.

Brian’s talks morning routines, the power of visualisation, how to get yourself in the right positive mental state, along with the power of belief and so much more.

Without a doubt this is one of my all-time favourite interviews, I could have spoken with him all day long. His book ‘Bonus Time’ is a must for those looking for inspiration to transform their own lives.
