In this episode, I had the pleasure of visiting Alex Nunn in the Action for Happiness offices in London.
It was so good finding out all the great things Action for Happiness has been doing and to hear all about how the Dalai Lama played a big role in it launching the movement a few years ago.
Alex talks in-depth about the core values behind the organisation and how we can all begin to bring more happiness into our lives through some very actionable steps, whether that be through helping others or paying more attention to our own core needs.
It’s interesting to hear about Alex’s own journey, having experienced an unhappy childhood growing up leading him to rebel as he struggled to find meaning in his own life. Thankfully he’s used those experiences to drive himself on and now plays a key role in delivering some of the movements key programmes which are enriching thousands of peoples lives all our the world.
This episode really is for anyone who is after a good dose of positivity and is looking to play their part in creating a happier world.
