In this episode, I talk about how through our own self-learning practices we can begin to make more positive choices in our lives.
We can be led to believe that education starts and ends during our school years. Well, I share my own story of how I’ve taken to absorbing all kinds of knowledge these past dozen or so years through empowering books, throughout provoking documentaries and transformational events.
I talk in-depth about some of the books that have inspired me to become a better entrepreneur, improve my overall health and wellbeing as well inspire me to become a better version of myself.
I share how we can begin to ground all this new knowledge and self-awareness into our daily lives through building healthy habits. As the title says, when we know better we do better!
All in all, it’s an episode that can encourage you to begin your own self-learning practices and take action towards a brighter future.
